Website accessibility

This Website has been designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where reasonably possible. In particular:

• The Website is responsive and works on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• You can navigate most of the Website using a keyboard alone.
• We use clear typography with sufficient colour contrast.
• Images include meaningful alternative text where they convey information.
• Forms use clear labels and validation messages.
• You can resize text up to 200% without loss of functionality.

We respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting in your browser, and ambient 3D animation will be disabled if you have that preference set.

Physical accessibility at the spa

• The treatment suite, changing facilities and relaxation lounge are all on one floor.
• The pool has wide steps with a handrail.
• Free parking is available directly outside the spa.
• We do not currently have a pool hoist. Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific accessibility requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.
