Completely. Only one booking is taken at any one time, and the entire spa — pool, sauna, treatment suite and lounge — is reserved for the guests in that booking. You will not encounter other guests during your visit.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your booking at no charge. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the package price is retained. No-shows are charged in full. We always try to be reasonable in genuine emergencies — just let us know.

Nothing. Robes, slippers, towels, swimwear (if you forget yours) and toiletries for the showers are all provided. You are welcome to bring your own swimwear and any reading material you would like.

Avoid a heavy meal in the two hours before a sauna session, but a small snack is fine. We serve herbal tea and infused water throughout. Light food can be added with our Sussex Supper Tray.

We offer specific pregnancy massage from the second trimester onwards, with your midwife's agreement. Sauna use is not recommended during pregnancy. The pool, kept at 31°C, is generally fine, but please discuss with us when booking.

Children aged 12 and over are welcome as part of a family booking, and must be accompanied at all times. We do not provide children's treatments. The sauna is for adult use only.

The treatment suite, lounge and changing facilities are all on one floor. The pool has wide steps with a handrail. We do not yet have a hoist; please contact us in advance to discuss specific accessibility needs.

Yes — for any package or for an amount of your choosing, valid for 12 months and sent on linen-quality card. Order via the contact form or by phone.

We are at 186 Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, BN43 6BG. There is free parking directly outside. Shoreham-by-Sea railway station is a 12-minute walk away, with regular trains from Brighton and London Victoria.
