These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated at https://the-hideaway.co.uk and any bookings you make with HIDEAWAY SHOREHAM LTD (trading as "The Hideaway"). By using the Website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
The Hideaway is a trading name of HIDEAWAY SHOREHAM LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15290818. Our registered office is 186 Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, BN43 6BG, United Kingdom.

The content of the Website is provided for general information only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content is free from errors or omissions.
You may not use the Website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in a way that infringes the rights of others. All content on the Website (text, images, logos and design) is owned by or licensed to HIDEAWAY SHOREHAM LTD and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
A booking is confirmed once we have replied in writing and (where applicable) received any deposit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, including for safety reasons or where a guest cannot complete our health questionnaire honestly.
All prices include UK VAT where applicable and are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is due on the day of your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major debit and credit cards through our payment provider.
We may update our prices from time to time. The price you pay is the price quoted at the time of booking confirmation.
Spa treatments and sauna use are not suitable for everyone. You must complete our health questionnaire honestly and inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery, or medication you are taking. We reserve the right to modify or decline a treatment in the interest of your safety.
Our services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis or treatment. If you are unwell or unsure, please consult your GP before booking.
The Hideaway is a quiet, private space. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave (without refund) whose behaviour is abusive, intoxicated, or otherwise puts our staff or other guests at risk. Mobile phones should be silenced during your visit.
Children aged 12 and over are welcome as part of a family booking and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. We do not offer children's treatments and the sauna is for adult use only.
Lockable storage is provided. We accept no liability for personal items left behind on the premises. Please do not bring valuables you cannot afford to lose.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be transferred to another person before the expiry date.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, that were not caused by any breach on our part, or that are business losses.
Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website at the time of your booking is the version that applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
